Forget about bouncing back.
LAUNCH FORWARD.
I know how you're feeling.
You’ve just had a baby and you didn’t know your heart could
expand with so much love!
But you also don’t recognize who you are.
You don’t feel or look like yourself. Your mind plays tricks on you. You’re anxious about going back to work, affording childcare, and trusting someone else with your baby. You haven’t slept in forever. You don’t fit into your clothes. Maybe you're still in pain. Shoot, even your hair is falling out.

Meanwhile you scroll through instagram and see all these new mamas who seem to have it all together, and you wonder: am I the only one?

So you don’t talk to anyone about what you’re feeling. Maybe you’re ashamed of the scary thoughts in your head. Maybe you swore you wouldn’t “let yourself go,” but you’re surviving on bread, sugar and coffee because you just can’t find the time to eat, let alone make a healthy meal.

The fact is, motherhood can make you feel like you’ve lost a lot of yourself.
No one wants to feel this way, but it’s hard to get back on your feet when you’re stuck in a 3-hour routine of feeding, pumping, changing diapers and rocking the baby to sleep. When the baby naps, you have no more than one hour to do ALL THE THINGS. If the house is a mess and you haven’t showered or eaten or paid the bills or walked the dog, taking care of yourself always falls to the bottom of the list.

There's just so little time.
You dream of having more help - that so-called village everyone talks about - who will both nurture you and help you figure out how to raise the tiny human you brought home. You’d love to have a personal trainer, nutritionist, therapist, pelvic floor PT, lactation consultant, doula and nanny on speed dial, but money is tight when you have hospital bills and limited maternity leave benefits.

And even if you could build a village, you wouldn’t even know where to find the right kind of support - someone you trust who won't make you feel like you’re doing things all wrong.
I know how you feel, because I felt that way, too - BOTH TIMES after having my babies.
And that's why I created the first mobile app for postpartum moms, that will
bring the village to the palm of your hand for just pennies per day.
To celebrate, we are offering the first 10-day fitness and lifestyle program offered specifically for new moms.
Introducing the Better After Baby Jumpstart:
A 10-day program that will give you the tools you need to look better and feel better after baby.
Imagine what life would be like...
if you committed to nurturing yourself as much as you nurture your baby?
  • You could be the well-rested, calm and confident mom of a new baby, with knowledge to pass on to other moms who need it.
  • You could be the mom who feels confident enough in her bathing suit to play at the pool all day.
  • You could be the mom who jumps on the trampoline with her kids, instead of sitting it out because you don't trust your bladder.
  • You could be the mom who has found the secret to lasting love and true partnership.
  • You could be the mom who is working a job she loves, pursuing new goals, and actively showing her kids how to follow their dreams.
  • You could be the mom who lets things roll off her back, gives herself grace, and laughs at the mess.
  • You could be the mom who shows her daughters what it’s like to advocate for herself, and shows her sons just how capable and powerful women are.
  • You could be the mom who has a village of support around her, and has a community to turn to in times of struggle.
You can be the mom you always imagined you’d be. And it starts today.

Who am I?
I’m Saralyn - a mom of two girls, living at the base of the Rocky Mountains. I’ve had both a vaginal and a C-section birth, I’ve breastfed and formula fed, I’ve tried both sleep-training and attachment parenting, I’ve worked full-time, part-time, stayed home without working, and worked from home. I gained 40 pounds with each pregnancy despite teaching fitness for 14 years. I’ve healed my diastasis and pelvic floor, and suffered postpartum depression.

Through it all I’ve learned that there is NO one right answer. What works for each kid is different, and what works for each mom is different. I know that with access to the right information, every family can find the best solution for their unique circumstance.

I host a regular parenting segment on live TV, and write for publications such as Today Parents, Thrive Global, HuffPost, elephant journal, and Colorado Parent magazine. My passion is helping women live their best life, and empowering them with the resources they need to do just that. But at the end of the day, I’m a mom just like you, who wants the best for her children, herself, and the world we live in. And I believe that starts with us - because when moms thrive, we all thrive.
I've spent my career helping women be the best version of themselves. Here's what some of them have to say:
"I met Saralyn 4 years ago, she was my Pilates instructor. I came to see her because after an intense labor with my first child I suffered tremendous pelvic floor pain. Along with Pilates, I had to do internal physical therapy. Saralyn was a ray of sunshine for me. I loved seeing her every week and cherished the time together because of all her knowledge and the friendship we developed. Saralyn helped me strengthen my core and taught me exercises that would not bother my pelvic floor. I was always so impressed with how in tune she was with each client. She had an overall concern for her clients and her desire to help was so genuine! "

-Trisha
"As a mother of 3, I unfortunately suffer from diastasis recti and I have found it very difficult to receive accurate information, if at all, on the matter. Saralyn’s book beautifully addresses the issue and provides helpful tools and guidance as to what should be done about it and what should be avoided altogether."

-Delphine
"I started Pilates with Saralyn after a few years of lower back pain. My boys are 16 months apart and after each pregnancy I went to those hard core boot camps to try to get my pre-baby body back. I wasn't strong enough, pushed too hard and ended up with lower bulging disks and was in pain almost daily. I did physical therapy and dry needling which helped a little but it wasn't until I started with Saralyn that I was finally able to get back to my normal exercise routine without all of the pain that had previously come with it. She taught me the correct way to move my body and as my core started to strengthen, the back pain started to disappear. She's super knowIegable and explains things in a way that make sense. I only wish I had done this sooner as a preventative. "
